General Assembly

What?

The General Assembly holds the highest authority. It elects the Board of Directors and determines the mandates of the members.

Who?

The General Assembly is composed of members companies. Each member defines a representative that will sit in the General Assembly.

When?

The General Assembly gathers once a year. If necessary, it is possible to convene an Extra Ordinary General Assembly at any moment.

Only the General Assembly is authorised to changes the Statutes or to proceed to the dissolution of the association.
